Accounts are granted only after successful verification of submitted institution and contact details. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application. Once approved, you will receive access credentials and may download required desktop applications (e.g. Manifest Bridge) and access keys.

5. Intellectual Property and License

All content, software, logos, trademarks, and other intellectual property provided by Elemental remain our exclusive property. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services, subject to your compliance with this Agreement.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties including fitness for a particular purpose, reliability, continuity, and non-infringement.

In no event shall we, our affiliates or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) our services.

7. Privacy Policy

• Contact and account information: institution name, email address, telephone number, access key (username), password hash.
• Usage data: logs, timestamps, IP addresses, device or desktop app usage data.

• To verify and approve account registration requests.
• To manage your account, authenticate and provide access to web and desktop services.
